Pop down to Homesense, stock up on everything from quirky tableware to colourful salad bowls and patterned table cloths to gorgeous glassware (all at up to 60% less*, of course) – then invite your favourites round and get cracking!
A bowl of Greek goodness
You’ll need: pitta bread x 2, tomatoes x 2, ½ red onion, ½ cucumber, ½ lemon, 250g halloumi, 1 tbsp capers, houmous, natural yoghurt, olive oil.
Set the oven to 180˚c, cut up your pitta bread into little triangles and pop them in the oven for 5-10 minutes (until they’re nice and crisp). Then slice your halloumi and fry it until golden brown. Next, chop your tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Finally, mix your houmous and natural yoghurt with a little more lemon juice and drizzle over your scrumptious salad – then serve it up in your shiny new Homesense crockery.
